RiceLeaf Monitoring helps user to monitor areas from Basal to Harvest.
The application allows user to create multiple areas, each with fixed set of events with dates for inbred type of rice, examples are Basal, Monitoring, Top-dress, and Harvest. These events will fire up notifications on the day to remind the user.
During monitoring, the application has an in-app camera that serves as a Leaf Color Chart (LCC) with rectilinear reference to guide the user during image capturing. After capturing the image, it will determine its result if its level 2, 3, 4, or 5. Ten (10) randomly picked leaves are needed to determine the result of the whole area, and the result will be determined by the most frequent level out of the ten leaves. Suggestions of application of nitrogen will appear during certain events if an area falls into a certain level.
